Neighborhood House Programs
Multicultural Senior and Family Center HIV/AIDS Outreach and Prevention
Provides low-income families and seniors with a hot lunch five days a week, grocery giveaways, arts and crafts, nutrition education, exercise classes and other social services. The Center is a cultural hub of the community where neighborhood groups as well as elected bodies gather for regularly scheduled meetings and events.

Our program coordinator provides services through Contra Costa AIDS Program. We assist HIV men and women with improving their health and quality of life, by helping them attend their medical appointments, assisting them with following their medical treatment plans, by providing emotional support, health education, risk reduction services and coordination with case management services.
